NOTICE OF CHANGE
Notice is hereby given that the following changes have been made to the proposed rule in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., published in Vol. 48 No. 232, December 1, 2022 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.
The changes are based upon written comments received by the staff of the Joint Administrative Procedures Committee.
The rule now reads as follows:
61G5-29.001 Definitions.
(1) No Change.
(2) “Certificate of Completion” means a certificate confirming successful completion of an educational or training program from one of the following:
(a) Through (c) No Change.
(3) Through (6) No Change.
