CALL FOR QUALIFICATIONS
Campus Service Architects – 19PQS-03EW
The University of West Florida Board of Trustees invites qualified firms to respond to a formal solicitation for professional qualifications to provide architectural and engineering services on an as-needed basis under multi-year, non-exclusive “continuing contracts”.

Mandatory Pre-Submittal Meeting - Interested firms are required to attend a mandatory pre-submittal meeting. The mandatory pre-submittal meeting will be held on February 20, 2020, 9:00 a.m. CT in Building 92, Room 110, on the University of West Florida main campus located at 11000 University Parkway, Pensacola, FL 32514. Failure of a representative from the principal firm to attend and sign in on the UWF official log as documented proof of attendance, shall result in immediate disqualification from this competitive solicitation process.
Sealed submittals will be received until 2:00 p.m. Central Time on March 10, 2020 at the Office of Procurement and Contracts, Building 20W, Room 159, The University of West Florida, 11000 University Parkway, Pensacola, FL 32514. Late submittals will not be accepted.
Solicitation number 19PQS-03EW must be clearly marked on the outside of the sealed submittal package. Submittals must be submitted in full and in accordance with the requirements of all terms and conditions of the solicitation. The University will not be responsible for unopened submittals when the package is not properly identified.
