NOTICE OF CHANGE

Notice is hereby given that the following changes have been made to the proposed rule in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., published in Vol. 48 No. 2, January 4, 2022 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.

In response to JAPC the rule is amended as follows:

(1) General Provisions.

(a) Forms.

1. The State of Florida Statewide School Readiness Provider Contract, Form OEL DEL-SR 20 with exhibits 1 through 7 (July 2021 2022), is hereby adopted and incorporated by reference. Form OEL DEL -SR 20L entitled “State of Florida Statewide School Readiness Provider Contract Licensed Provider Responsibilities” (July 2021 2022), Form OEL DEL -SR 20LE entitled “State of Florida Statewide School Readiness Provider Contract License Exempt Provider Responsibilities” (July 2021 2022), Form OEL DEL -SR 20FFN entitled “State of Florida Statewide School Readiness Provider Contract Informal Provider Responsibilities” (July 2021 2022), and Form OEL DEL -SR 20A entitled “State of Florida Amendment to the Statewide School Readiness Provider Contract” (July 2021 2022) are hereby adopted and incorporated by reference.
