40B-4.3030: Conditions for Issuance of Works of the District Development Permits

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT on January 23, 2008, the Suwannee River Water Management District, received a petition for waiver from Stephan Buckles, 425 N. W. Riverbank Road, Mayo, FL 32066, pursuant to Section 120.542, FS. Petitioner is seeking a variance from subsection 40B-4.3030(9), F.A.C., to the zero-rise certification requirements, and paragraph 40B-4.3030(12)(b), F.A.C., to the 75-foot setback requirement. The residence is in Lafayette County, in Township 4 South, Range 11 East, Section 36, which encroaches in the 75-foot setback of the Suwannee River. These rules are intended to set forth criteria for development activities with a Work of the District.
