69I-73.001: Definitions.
- NOTICE OF CHANGENotice is hereby given that the following changes have been made to the proposed rule in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., published in Vol. 33 No. 49, December 7, 2007 issue of the Florida Administrative Weekly.
The definition of custodian in Rule 69I-73.001 has been changed to read:
(3) Custodian has the meaning set forth in Section 274.01(2), F.S.
