GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: The Florida Lottery will open Bids received in response to the Invitation to Bid: Holiday Envelopes and Easel Back Counter Display Holders (Project #028-15/16) and will read aloud the names of the responding firms.
