NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Division of Florida Condominiums, Timeshares, and Mobile Homes, Department of Business and Professional Regulation, State of Florida, has received the petition for declaratory statement from Charles H. Wigo III, In Re: Leisure Beach South, Inc., Docket No. 2016001654, filed on January 12, 2016. The petition seeks the agency’s opinion as to the applicability of (No statute, rule, or order number stated) as it applies to the petitioner.

Whether the Board of Directors properly re-organized on November 12, 2015? Whether the Association is authorized to re-run the election following interference in the election process from the former board president and the non-cooperation by the management company following the former president’s interference with the election?
