NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on February 6, 2017, the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Hotels and Restaurants, Bureau of Elevator Safety, received a petition for Pointe Orlando at 9101 International drive, Orlando, FL. Petitioner seeks an emergency variance of the requirements of ASME A17.1, Section 2.8.3.3.1, as adopted by subsection 61C-5.001(1), Florida Administrative Code, which poses a significant economic/financial hardship.
