NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on January 24, 2007, South Florida Water Management District (District) received request for Withdrawal of Petition for Waiver from Juan Cabado, Application No. 06-0404-2, for utilization of Works or Lands of the District known as the C-12 Canal, Section 21, Township 55S, Range 39E, Miami-Dade County.
