    GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: The meeting agenda will consist of approval of minutes of the State Board meeting held January 17, 2017. Updates will be provided by Superintendent Puletti on behalf of the Florida Association of District School Superintendents President Henningsen on behalf of the Council of Presidents and. Items for consideration include action relating to the following: Turnaround Option Plans for the School District of Jefferson County; New Rule 6A-1.09951, Requirements for the Florida Seal of Biliteracy Program; Amendment to Rule 6A-1.0995, Form of High School Diplomas and Certificates of Completion; Approval of Santa Fe College’s Proposal for a Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting; Amendment to Rule 6A-3.0171, Responsibilities of School Districts for Student Transportation; Amendment to Rule 6A-6.0960, Florida Tax Credit Scholarship; Approval of Critical Teacher Shortage Areas for 2017-18; Amendment to Rule 6M-4.400, Required Parent Co-payment; Amendment to Rule 6M-4.630, Statewide Provider Contract Monitoring Tool for School Readiness Program; and Amendment to Rule 6M-8.201, Child Enrollment Procedure for the VPK Program and Repeal of Rule 6M-8.2011, VPK Parent Guide.
