11B-27.002:Certification, Employment or Appointment, Reactivation, and Terminating Employment or Appointment of Officers

On February 1, 2018, the Criminal Justice Standards and Training Commission (CJSTC) issued a Final Order granting a waiver of subsection 11B-27.002(4), F.A.C., to Jason Prather. The Commission determined that the petitioner had demonstrated that they would suffer a substantial hardship if the waiver was not granted. The petition was published on January 17, 2018, in Vol. 44, Number 12, F.A.R.
