Board of MedicineNOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT on February 28, 2013, the Board of Medicine issued a Final Order on the petition for declaratory statement filed on behalf of John Luther Lentz and J. Luke Lentz, M.D., P.A. The Notice of the Petition was published in Volume 39, No. 4, of the January 7, 2013, issue of the Florida Administrative Register. The Board reviewed the Petition at its meeting held on February 2, 2013. The Board’s Final Order finds that the Board has no substantive jurisdiction over Section 458.3265, Florida Statutes, and no ability to interpret the statute, and therefore declined to answer Petitioner’s inquiry.
