NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT on May 7, 2015, the Board of Psychology issued an Order on the petition for declaratory statement filed by Dona E.C. Locke, Ph.D., ABPP. The Notice of the Petition was published in Volume 41, No. 37, of the February 24, 2015, issue of the Florida Administrative Register. The Board reviewed the Petition at its meeting held on April 24, 2015. The Petitioner sought a declaratory statement as to whether Petitioner is authorized under the exemption language in the statute to perform psychological services in the state for no more than 5 days in any month and 15 days in any calendar year as a non-resident based on her qualifications as a licensed psychologist in another state. Based upon the facts set forth in the Petition, the Board answers this particular question in the affirmative.
