NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT on November 18, 2015, the Florida Real Estate Appraisal Board issued an Order on the petition for declaratory statement filed by Franklin Colleta. The Notice of the Petition was published in Volume 41, No. 205, of the October 21, 2015, issue of the Florida Administrative Register. The Board reviewed the Petition at its meeting held on October 5, 2015. The Board’s Order declines to issue a declaratory statement in this matter because the petition as submitted does not comply with the requirements of Rule 28-1055.002, F.A.C.
