    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Massage Therapy has received the petition for declaratory statement from Cheryl Baisley, on February 23, 2017. The petition seeks the agencys opinion as to the applicability of 64B7-28.009, F.A.C., as it applies to the petitioner.

    The Petitioner seeks a Declaratory Statement from the Board regarding 64B7-28.009, F.A.C., as to whether live web-based courses (webinars), whereby the instructor provides live demonstrations, meet the requirements of 64B7-28.009, F.A.C., and thus be considered classroom hours. Except for good cause shown, motions for leave to intervene must be filed within 21 days after the publication of this notice.
