Notice is hereby given that the following correction has been made to the proposed rule in Vol.31,No.40, October 7, 2005 issue of the Florida Administrative Weekly.

The rule was originally published as Rule 61G5-16.003. The rule number was corrected and

has been adopted and published in the Florida Administrative Code as 61G4-16.0031.

The foregoing change does not affect the substance of the adopted rule.
