Final Order nos.: DEO-14-026 and DEO-14-027
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity issued Final Order Nos. DEO-14-026 and DEO-14-027 on March 5, 2014, in response to applications submitted by Montgomery Square Homeowners Association, Inc. and Golf View Harbour Estates, Inc., respectively, for covenant revitalization under Chapter 720, Part III, Florida Statutes.
The Department determined that the applications met the statutory requirements for covenant revitalization. Accordingly, the Department’s Final Orders granted the applications for covenant revitalization.
