NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Florida Building Commission has received the petition for declaratory statement from Evolution Pools & Construction Services, Inc. The petition seeks the agency’s opinion as to the applicability of Section 424, Florida Building Code, Building (2010), as it applies to the petitioner.

Petitioner seeks clarification as to whether a baptismal pool is considered a commercial or residential pool for purposes of barrier requirements.
