NOTICE OF CORRECTION

Notice is hereby given that the following correction has been made to the proposed rule in Vol. 40, No. 23, February 4, 2014 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.

In the Summary of Statement of Estimated Regulatory Costs and Legislative Ratification, the word “Department” is replaced with the word “Commission” in the following statement: “The Department conducted an analysis of the proposed rule’s potential economic impact and determined that it did not exceed any of the criteria established in Section 120.541(2)(a), F.S.”
