PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The purpose of this rule development is to delete obsolete deadlines in the rule and the application will be revised to define student-teacher ratios, student completion and successful completion rates, and performance accountability outcomes which must be published by approved course providers and to require supporting documentation to include references and stakeholder surveys to support the application.
