64B8-42.002Licensure by Examination
NOTICE OF CHANGE
Notice is hereby given that the following changes have been made to the proposed rule in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., published in Vol. 41 No. 214, November 3, 2015 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.
The changes are in response to concerns stated in a letter from the Joint Administrative Procedures Committee dated November 18, 2015. The changes are as follows:
64B8-42.002 Licensure by Examination.
(1) through (5) No change.
(6) When an applicant is certified the Council certifies the applicant to sit for the examination or for re-examination, it is the applicant’s responsibility to complete the examination process with the national vendor. In compliance with the Americans for Disabilities Act, any applicant requesting special accommodations shall comply with the Department of Health’s Rule 64B-1.005, F.A.C.
