NOTICE OF WITHDRAWAL
Notice is hereby given that the publication of TB Fort Myers, LLC d/b/a Alfa Romeo of Fort Myers, as a new point for Alfa Romeo by FCA USA LLC (Line-make ALFA) passenger cars and light trucks franchise dealership in Lee County by FCA USA LLC, published in Volume 43, Number 26, of the Florida Administrative Register on February 8, 2017, has been withdrawn. “At this time, FCA USA LLC is not moving forward with the proposed establishment at 6080 Jonathans Bay Drive, Fort Myers, Florida 33908 and intends to file a subsequent notice with a new proposed location.”
