NOTICE OF WITHDRAWAL
Notice is hereby given that the publication of TB Fort Myers, LLC d/b/a Maserati of Fort Myers, as a new point for Maserati by Maserati North America, Inc. (Line-make MASE) passenger cars and light trucks franchise dealership in Lee County by Maserati North America, Inc., published in Volume 43, Number 26, of the Florida Administrative Register on February 8, 2017, has been withdrawn. “At this time, Maserati North America, Inc. is not moving forward with the proposed establishment at 6080 Jonathans Bay Drive, Fort Myers, Florida 33908 and intends to file a subsequent notice with a new proposed location.”
