NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Florida Department of Corrections has received the petition for declaratory statement from inmate Larry Collins, Jr., DC# M73087The petition seeks the agency's opinion as to the applicability of Rules 33-204.003 and 33-205.101, Florida Administrative Code as it applies to the petitioner.

The petition seeks to resolve a controversy or answer questions or doubts regarding the interpretation and application of the above-referenced rules as they relate to a Department contractor’s obligation to serve food at a certain temperature. Persons whose substantial interests may be affected by a declaratory statement issued in this matter may file a motion to intervene or a petition for administrative hearing within twenty-one (21) days after the publication of this notice.
