The Florida Department of Transportation, District One announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME: Tuesday, April 5, 2011, 5:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.

GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: This public meeting is being held to inform interested persons about the proposed improvements to State Road 33 from Lakeland Harbor Boulevard to east of Deeson Point Boulevard in the City of Lakeland. The two-lane rural facility would be widened to a four-lane suburban facility with two 12-foot travel lanes in each direction, a grassed median, drainage swales, sidewalks, paved shoulders, and a pond. Directional and full median openings would also be provided.
