The petition seeks relief from provisions in paragraphs 40E-24.201(5)(a) and 40E-24.201(6)(a), Florida Administrative Code, which state that irrigation of existing landscaping shall be conducted at specific times on specific days, pursuant to Section 120.542, Fla. Stat.
