    The Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Hotels and Restaurants, Bureau of Elevator Safety hereby gives notice: On March 9, 2015, the Department issued a Final Order that was in response to a Petition for Variance from Beach Villas, filed December 19, 2014, and advertised on December 24, 2014, in Vol. 40, No. 248, of the Florida Administrative Register. No comments were received in response to the petition. The Final Order on the Petition for Variance denies the Petitioner a variance as adopted by paragraph 61C-5.001(1)(a), F.A.C., that requires upgrading the elevators because the Petitioner has not provided the necessary information to make a decision on the petition (VW2014-470).
