    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on March 9, 2015, the Board of Chiropractic Medicine received a petition for variance or waiver filed by Lisa Verna. The petitioner is seeking a waiver or variance of subsection 64B2-13.0049(2), F.A.C., which provides that an inactive status licensee may change to active status at any time provided the licensee meets the continuing education requirements of Rule 64B2-13.004, F.A.C., pays the reactivation fee, and if the request to change licensure status is made at any time other than at the beginning of a licensure cycle, pays the additional processing fee.
