BIDS ARE DUE ON OR BEFORE April 12, 2016 AND WILL BE ACCEPTED UNTIL 2:00 P.M. OFFICIAL PROJECT TITLE: Road Paving and Repairs Various Schools Nos. 14, 65, 75, 252 /DCSB Project No. M-83580/OFDC-ITB-012-16. SCOPE OF WORK: The project consists of road paving and repairs at Grand Park Alt Ed No. 14, Atlantic Beach ES No. 65, Paxon SAS No. 75, and Alden Road ESC No. 252. The estimated construction cost is not to exceed $350,000 for all schools. All contractors that are interested in bidding are required to attend a mandatory pre-bid conference to be held Tuesday, March 22 at 10:00 a.m. in Room 538 at DCPS Administration Bldg., 1701 Prudential Drive, Jacksonville, FL 32207. Failure to attend the pre-bid conference shall result in disqualification of that firm’s proposal. Attendees will be required to sign an attendance register. Project funding is subject to availability of funds as authorized by the Owner. The District reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
