NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on March 4, 2016, the Florida Department of Transportation (Department) received a petition for an emergency waiver from Tampa Electric Company seeking a variance from Rule 14-46.001, Florida Administrative Code, specifically the Utility Accommodation Manual (UAM) Section 4.8.3.3 Underground Crossings as incorporated into Rule 14-46.001. The variance request is to allow an existing gas line under an existing bridge to be relocated for a FDOT interchange improvement project currently underway.
