PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The purpose of this development is to add clarifying language on how withdrawal and forgiveness information should be provided to students. The effect would be clarification of procedures for withdrawal and forgiveness.

SUBJECT AREA TO BE ADDRESSED: The additional material that should be included in the student handbook so the student is fully informed regarding withdrawals and forgiveness.
