    The Department of Environmental Protection announces a hearing to which all persons are invited.

    DATE AND TIME: July 25, 2019, 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 Noon

    PLACE: Department of Environmental Protection, Conference Room 609, 2600 Blair Stone Road, Tallahassee, Florida 32399-2400.

    GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: The Department will hold a rule adoption hearing pursuant to subsection 120.54(3), F.S., to hear public testimony and to explain the proposed amendment to the above-cited rule and respond to questions or comments regarding the amendment. The Notice of Proposed Rule for this rulemaking was published on December 13, 2018, in Vol. 44/241, of the Florida Administrative Register. The proposed amendment will revise the application form for a Joint Coastal Permit that is adopted by reference in the above-cited rule, consistent with rule amendments proposed for Rules 62B-41.005 and .008, F.A.C.
