PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The purpose of the amendment to Rule 59G-13.081, Florida Administrative Code, is to incorporate by reference the Developmental Disabilities Individual Budgeting Waiver Services Provider Rate Table. The amendment removes the “Solo Rates” for all the support coordination services.

SUBJECT AREA TO BE ADDRESSED: Developmental Disabilities Individual Budgeting Waiver Services Provider Rate Table. An additional area to be addressed during the workshop will be the potential regulatory impact Rule 59G-13.081, Florida Administrative Code, will have as provided for under sections 120.54 and 120.541, Florida Statutes.

THE PRELIMINARY TEXT OF THE PROPOSED RULE DEVELOPMENT IS:

59G-13.081 Developmental Disabilities Individual Budgeting Waiver Services Provider Rate Table.

(1) This rule applies to all providers that render Florida Medicaid Developmental Disabilities Individual Budgeting Waiver services to recipients.

(2) Florida Medicaid reimburses providers in accordance with the Florida Medicaid Developmental Disabilities Individual Budgeting Waiver Services Provider Rate Table, __________November 2020, incorporated by reference. The fee schedule is available on the Agency for Health Care Administration’s Web site at http://ahca.myflorida.com/Medicaid/review/index.shtml, and at http://www.flrules.org/Gateway/reference.asp?No=Ref-_______12328.

(3) This rule is in effect for 5 years from its effective date. The Agency will review this rule five years from the effective date and repromulgate, amend or repeal the rule as appropriate, in accordance with Section 120.54, F.S., and Chapter 1-1, F.A.C.
