33-601.800Close Management
PURPOSE AND EFFECT: Rule amendment is necessary to clarify the definition of “major rule violation”; clarify and simplify privilege eligibility for inmates in close management; provide for automatic suspension of exercise and other privileges while a DR for a major rule violation is pending; provide for the suspension of privileges if a non-major infraction is deemed a security threat; authorize close management review by any classification officer; update the process of referring inmates for mental health assessments; and update Form DC6-128 to allow mental health assessments to be conducted by any fully licensed mental health clinician.
