MDX PROJECT/SERVICE TITLE: DESIGN-BUILD PROJECT FOR SYSTEM-WIDE IMPLEMENTATION OF DYNAMIC MESSAGE SIGNS (DMS)
The Miami-Dade Expressway Authority (“MDX” or “Authority”), requires the services of a qualified Design-Build Firm for System-wide Implementation of Dynamic Message Signs (DMS). Note: In order to download any MDX solicitation, you must first be registered as a Vendor with MDX. This can only be facilitated through MDX’s Website: www.mdxway.com under “Doing Business with MDX: Vendor Registration”. A Pre-Proposal Conference is scheduled for March 20, 2013 at 10:00 A.M. The deadline for submitting a Technical Proposal is April 9, 2013 by 2:00 P.M. Eastern Time and the deadline for submitting a Price Proposal is May 6, 2013 by 2:00 P.M. Eastern Time.
