    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Division of Florida Condominiums, Timeshares, and Mobile Homes, Department of Business and Professional Regulation, State of Florida, has received the petition for declaratory statement from Randall & Jean Saunders, In Re: Tennisplace Condominium Association, Inc., Docket No. 2014007657, filed on February 24, 2014.The petition seeks the agency's opinion as to the applicability of Section 718.110(1)(b), Florida Statutes, as it applies to the petitioner.

    Whether the association may propose extensive amendments to the declaration, by-laws and rules and regulations without providing strike through and underlining to indicate changes but instead directing unit owners to “’ignore the previous document’ and simply read and critique the new document” under Section 718.110(1)(b), Florida Statutes.
