NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on March 7, 2014, the Department of Health received a petition for variance from First Coast Technical College (FCTC) for an adjunct instructor, who does not have an Associate Degree, to be granted an extension on a previously granted variance. FCTC is requesting the instructor be granted until May 1, 2015 to complete his degree. Interested parties may submit comments within 14 days after the publication of this notice.
