    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on February 27, 2019, the Department of Environmental Protection, received a petition for variance or waiver pursuant to section 120.542, F.S. from Petitioners, Kings Kamp, LLLP, Captain Jax, LLLP and Blackwater Sound Holdings, LLLP. The following re-notice of receipt have been made to the previously published notice of receipt in accordance with subsection 120.542(6), F.S., published in Vol. 45, No. 46, March 7, 2019, issue of the Florida Administrative Register. The petition requested a variance from subsection 62-312.430(8), F.A.C., which requires that boat mooring sites shall not be located over a seagrass bed community or coral reef regardless of water depth. The facility is located at mile marker 103.5 in Key Largo, Monroe County, Florida; Parcel Nos. 14613900085820000000 and 14613900085760000000. The petition has been assigned OGC No. 19-0179 and File No. ERP_352399-001.
