NOTICE OF CHANGE
Notice is hereby given that the following changes have been made to the proposed rule in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., published in Vol. 47 No. 03, January 6, 2021, issue of the Florida Administrative Register.
The following change is being made in response to written comments received from the Joint Administrative Procedures Committee for the Notice of Proposed Rule.
The Notice of Intent to Transfer Certification Form, DEP Form No. 62-17.211(1), is revised to remove the requirement for a Florida Notary Seal.
