NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT on February 20, 2009, the Division of Hotels and Restaurants, Bureau of Elevator Safety, received a petition for Variance from Rule 3003.3, Florida Building Code as adopted by Rule 61C-5.001, Florida Administrative Code, which requires “In Case of Fire Use Stairs” signage at each elevator access. The petition was received from Lynette Sharp, Property Manager, on behalf of the Stovall Condominiums, Tampa, FL (VW 2009-021).
