59A-7.020: Definitions

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on February 09, 2009, the Agency for Health Care Administration, received a petition for Waiver from subsection 59A-7.020(15), Florida Administrative Code, from Calloway Laboratory, Inc. The Petition seeks a waiver which would allow Petitioner to use customer service representatives in physician offices and clinics to aid in the collection and documentation of urine specimens sent to Calloway’s laboratory without same constituting a violation of the Florida Anti-Kickback Rule.
