GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: The Help America Vote Act State Plan Committee for 2009 will meet to discuss material changes to the HAVA State Plan 2006 for submission to the U.S. Elections Assistance Commission. The committee members will review the requirements of the federal legislation, and shall develop the revisions to reflect those changes to the State Plan as needed in accordance with sections 254-256 of HAVA.
