    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Florida Building Commission has received the petition for declaratory statement from Leah Marie Enterprises, LLC. The petition seeks the agencys opinion as to the applicability of Section 1612.2, Florida Building Code, Building (2010) & Sections 202, 303.2, 304.5, & 807.4 Florida Building Code, Existing Building (2010), as it applies to the petitioner.
