All contractors that are interested in bidding are required to attend a mandatory pre-bid conference to be held on March 19, 2015, 10:00 a.m., at Loretto Elementary School No. 30 located at 3900 Loretto Rd., Jacksonville, FL 32223. Failure to attend the pre-bid conference shall result in disqualification of that firm’s proposal. Attendees will be required to sign an attendance register. All contractors submitting proposals and bids must be pre-qualified with Duval County Public Schools at the time of the ITB Response Due Date.
