UPDATED REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
South Florida Community Care Network, LLC d/b/a Community Care Plan (CCP) invited all qualified individuals and firms to submit proposals for Member and Provider Portals as originally advertised on January 26, 2017, in Vol. 43, No. 17 of the Florida Administrative Register.
CCP provides notice of the following updated schedule relating to the proposals received:
Vendors that submitted proposals to the RFP have been invited to make presentations to SFCCN on March 16 and 21, 2017, at the offices of South Florida Community Care Network, LLC d/b/a Community Care Plan, 1643 N. Harrison Parkway, Bldg. H, Suite 200, Sunrise, FL 33323.
The projected award date of the RFP is March 31, 2017.
CCP reserves the right to accept or reject, in whole or in part and for any reason whatsoever, any and all responses to the Request for Proposal and to waive any formalities in the response process.
