    GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: The Agency is proposing to create a new rule regarding Comprehensive Emergency Management Plans (CEMPs) for its regulated providers that require CEMPs. The new rule will incorporate by reference forms that must be submitted for CEMPs. Incorporating the forms into one rule chapter will enable the Agency to make uniform changes more effectively and assist providers to more easily locate the information.
