    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on March 9, 2018, the Board of Chiropractic Medicine received a petition for variance and waiver from Richard Hodish, D.C., and Nathalie DiGiorgio, D.C. Petitioners are seeking a variance of subsection 64B2-13.004(2), F.A.C, which requires that for the purpose of renewing a license, only those classroom hours earned at Board approved continuing education courses or under the provision of the rule are acceptable. Petitioners seek approval to take an online CE course which has not previously been approved by the Board.
