PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The purpose of the proposed rule is to adopt a system for verification of implementation of best management practices for temporarily inactive agricultural operations.

SUBJECT AREA TO BE ADDRESSED: This proposed rule will provide a system for verification of implementation of best management practices for agricultural operations that are temporarily inactive due to catastrophic disease issues or agricultural land use changes.
