NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on March 08, 2024, the Department of Financial Services, received a petition for an emergency waiver from Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Naples, LLC. Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Naples, LLC, is requesting that the Department of Financial Services grant a permanent waiver from subsection 69L-5.202(2) of the Florida Administrative Code which sets the scope of self-insurance authorizations.
