64B16-28.450: Centralized Prescription Filling

NOTICE OF CHANGE

Notice is hereby given that the following changes have been made to the proposed rule in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., published in Vol. 33, No. 51, December 21, 2007 issue of the Florida Administrative Weekly.

The change is in response to written comments submitted by the staff of the Joint Administrative Procedures Committee. The changes are as follows:

1. Subsection (3)(c) shall now read as follows:

(c) Rule 64B16-28.1081, F.A.C., Regulation of Daily Operating Hours.

2. Subsection (6)(a)2. shall now read as follows:

Ensure all the information required to be on a prescription pursuant to subsections 456.0392 and 893.04, F.S., is transmitted to the central fill pharmacy either on the face of the prescription or in the electronic transmission of information;

3.  465.003 shall be removed from the Specific Authority.
